Does the toothfairy party in Rio?

I don't know, but the whole world will be partying down there in 2016! While there's no chance that I'll actually get down there for the Olympics, I will absolutely be watching whenever I can!!

Heh-so there's really nothing connecting the toothfairy to Rio except that's what I have on my mind at the moment, lol.

So, here's the story on how these CUTE little boxes came about...

A few months back, the toothfairy was going about her evening rounds and happened upon my daughter's room. Working quietly, as always, she had just about completed her stop when my DD stirred! She was almost caught in the act!!



Now, I know there are lots of us out there with very dangerous jobs, but imagine the stress the poor toothfairy goes through as she quietly reaches way, way, WAY under the pillows of those slumbering tykes! So, in the interest of her well-being, I decided to make one of these stinkin' cute little scallop boxes. My plan worked! When my DD (J) got home from school I showed her the box that I made for her to put her tooth in at night and she loved it! I waited to see what she would do with it that evening and lo and behold-rather than squishing it under her pillow she tucked it right next to her as she crawled into bed. No more fishing blindly underneath the pillow!!
Mission accomplished....

LOVE my Big Shot - these are so fun to make and a great way to use up more of that retired Designer Series Paper we all have tucked away. I used the smaller scallop on the Scallop Circles #2 Die and the chipboard for the top & bottom? A Total Cereal box! Woo hoo!!
