BOLO - Be on the lookout!!

First, I must apologize for being MIA for a bit. My brother is going through some stuff that I'm trying to help him through. My "baby" brother is such an awesome guy, I just wish I could do more.

Now, on to the exciting part...

I am SO excited to be a part of another Stampin’ Addicts blog tour! These are so well organized and so much fun, with projects from extremely talented demonstrator friends of mine.

You remember the awesome Parade of Papers tour last month–this new ‘farewell’ tour will feature all retiring sets from the Spring/Summer 2009 Idea Book & Catalog. I’m not going to tell you which set I have been assigned–you’ll just have to wait and see! The tour will run from noon on Saturday, June 13th to midnight on Tuesday, June 16th. After that, the ship will depart, so be sure to bookmark your favorite sites to return to later for instructions and patterns for the projects.

Finally - I do, actually, have a card to share with you today! Funny, it can take me hours to come up with a card, but once it's done I realize how easy it really was to make! This card uses Bella Birds Designer Series Paper, as well as the Bella Toile background stamp and Friends 24-7 stamp set. I stamped Bella Toile in Creamy Caramel on one of the Pink Pirouette patterned sheets of Bella Birds (Bella Toile, Bella Birds, are you Bella confused yet? lol). The medallion image from Friends 24-7 was inked in Pink Pirouette and then the corners slightly rolled in Creamy Caramel. I'm not sure if you can see it or not, but I added a few dots of Dazzling Diamonds to the medallion. The greeting is one of our Chit Chat rub ons - I (((heart))) rub ons - and the ribbon is our GORGEOUS Chocolate Chip Taffeta.
